QUICKICK-FIT IS NEW TO SASKATOON. THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO GET YOU MAXIMUM RESULTS IN THE QUICKEST TIME POSSIBLE. ALL CLASSES ARE 60 MIN LONG. WE START WITH A 5 MIN WARM UP THEN RUN THRU CIRCUIT TRAINING FOR 50-55 MIN AND FINSIH WITH A COOL DOWN.
THE CIRCUIT IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING AND INVOLES KICKBOXING, KETTLE BELLS AND PLYOMETRICS. UNLIKE SOME CLASSES THAT THROW RANDOM EXCERISES AT YOU. WE HAVE ADAPTED THE P.H.A SYSTEM. THIS INVOLVES USING A BODY GROUP(BICEPS) THEN MOVING TO ANOTHER BODY GROUP(THIGHS). THEN BACK TO ANOTHER BODY GROUP(TRICEPS). THIS CAUSES THE HEART TO WORK HARDER TO BE PUMPING BLOOD FROM ONE MUSCLE TO ANOTHER.
